Philippine Drug Enforcement (PDEA) 11 reported that the operation resulted in the arrest of a drug den maintainer, identified only as alias Jek-Jek, 37 years old and his employee.
Jek Jek was arrested after he sold one sachet of suspected shabu worth ₱1,000 to a PDEA operative acting as a poseur-buyer during the buy-bust operation.
Among those arrested were two drug den visitors identified as aliases Den-Den and alias Ep-Ep.
Seized from the suspects were five sachets of suspected shabu in varying sizes, with an estimated total weight of approximately 25 grams, with a standard drug price of ₱170,000, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the marked buy-bust money.
The suspects are set to face charges for violations of Republic Act No. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
