DAVAO CITY---A former player of the University of Perpetual Help Altas, a resident of region 11, carried the Pasig Realtors to a 91-78 win over Muntinglupa in the Filbasket tournament on April 4.
Aldeo Lucero, 19, a former star point guard of Jose Maria College in high school, scored 16 points, including six out of six from the field.
His scoring explosion of Lucero surprised many Manila-based basketball aficionados who never expected him to perform well in his first professional stint in Metro Manila.
In a Facebook post, Lucero thanked God for his excellent game and victory for his team.
Lucero is hopeful he can continue his excellent performance in the following games of his team. (Romeo Braceros Jr.)
