As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds His people both now and forevermore.
Psalm 125:1-2
Ponder this verse for a moment. Mountains are strong, enduring, unwavering, immovable and constant. Jerusalem is surrounded by mountains, not on one side but on all sides. God's children are likewise protected by their Saviour. He surrounds them and covers them on all sides. No matter what opposition we face, no matter what comes against us, even if it seems the enemy has the “upper hand” we know that God delivers and protects those who trust in Him.
This gives me immense courage and confidence. I am surrounded by a God who is continuously with me, continuously protecting me, and constantly watching over me. Amen ( a message from Pastor Deepak)
