DAVAO CITY- Police operatives have arrested an 18-year-old man and confiscated some P2 million worth of suspected “shabu” during a buy-bust operation in Dacudao Avenue Brgy. Governor Paciano Bangoy, Davao City, Friday evening, June 23.
The Davao City Police Office in a report said that Bajada Police Station arrested suspect Kurt Aaron Espinosa, a resident of Sarphil Agdao Brgy. San Antoni, this city at around 10:30 p.m.
The DCPO said a total of illegal drugs with an estimated weight of 103 grams amounting to P2,060,000 were confiscated following the drug operation.
According to the report, the suspect is considered a High Value Individual (HVI) and Top 1 City Level that engaged in distribution of illegal drugs in the city.
Espinosa will face a complaint for violating Republic Act 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and will undergo summary inquest proceedings before the Davao City Prosecutor’s Office.
