In a public advisory, Tuesday November 3, PRO 11 said it would prefer a peaceful and voluntary submission but would not hesitate to take necessary and legally justified action if the situation calls for it.
The regional police office also expressed confidence that Dela Rosa, being a former PNP chief, understands the importance of respecting and upholding the law.
"Kung sa puso niya ay nandoon pa ang pagiging tapat ng Philippine National Police, alam namin na hindi niya hahayaan na merong miyembro ng PNP na masasaktan.
