A 17-year old alleged drug pusher was arrested after selling shabu in a buy-bust operation at Purok 8, Nile street, Brgy. 19-B, Davao City on Tuesday night (Nov. 15).
San Pedro chief of police Major Marvin Hugos said the minor, a resident of said Barangay was held at around 8 p.m by his drug enforcement team.
Seized from the suspect was more or less 7.18 grams of shabu with estimated street value of P114,880, and 6.78 grams of suspected marijuana worth about P1,150.
Also seized from the suspect were buy-bust money and P1,112 cash.
A case for violation of section 5 and 11 of Republic Act 9165 is now being prepared against the rescued minor for the regular filing of criminal cases in court.
