Alleged drug pusher dies in police operation
DAVAO CITY- A suspected drug pusher was shot dead during a drug buy-bust operation early Monday morning (Nov. 7) at Madapo Hills, Davao City.

San Pedro chief of police Major Marvin Hugos identified the fatality as Tito Pasian Aniscal alias Tito. He was 35 years old, a transient of Lower Madapo, Bankerohan, and a resident of Purok San Isidro Labrador, Indangan this city.

Hugos in his report said that the suspect sensed the presence of the police after selling a piece of rectangular transparent heat-sealed plastic sachet of suspected shabu to a poseur-buyer.

The suspect, according to Hugos, drew his caliber .38 revolver and fired at the poseur-buyer, triggering a shootout. 

Aniscal was immediately rushed to Southern Philippines Medical Center for medical intervention but was declared dead on arrival by his attending physician, Dr. Tyron Javier.

Police recovered a metal fragment, caliber 38 revolver , deformed fired bullet, handbag, sling bag, and13 pieces  of medium size rectangular self-sealing plastic sachet containing dried marijuana leaves with fruiting tops weighing more or less 30.4 grams with an estimated street market value of P5,168.

Also confiscated was 1.1 gram of suspected shabu worth P2,000.
