Sources said the Bossing is reportedly putting Amer on a trading block to get new players for the team.
Earlier, Amer recently signed a one-year contract extension with Blackwater Bossing.
In a media interview, the 26-year-old cager is happy with the trust given to him by the Blackwater management.
“Masaya ako na naka-sign ako sa Blackwater. Na-feel ko ‘yung tiwala nila sa akin,” Amer said.
Blackwater said they decided to re-sign Ameri because he is part of their immediate future.
Amer was taded earlier to the Bossing by the Meralco Bolts in exchange for Makilala, North Cotabato scorer Mac Belo.
Amer, a former player of Holy Child College of Davao in high school before playing in Metro Manila for San Beda College was drafted by the Bolts in the 2015 PBA draft. (Romeo Braceros Jr.)
