Dubbed “Sepak Takraw 2026: Battle of the Champions,” the tournament offers a total guaranteed prize pool of ₱300,000, with no registration fee for participating teams.
Organizers are limiting the competition to 32 teams under the open category. Registration is being accepted from August 14 to 17, 2026, with participating teams receiving free jerseys.
The champion will receive ₱50,000 and a trophy, while the first, second and third runners-up will take home ₱30,000, ₱20,000 and ₱15,000, respectively, along with trophies. Special awards will also be given.
As an additional incentive, 50 sacks of rice will be awarded to the recipient barangay of the championship team.
The two-day tournament will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., highlighting the competitive spirit of sepak takraw as part of the Kadayawan celebration in Davao City.
