Bukidnon Marathoner gets Silver In Hanoi SEA Games
DAVAO CITY---The current national Milo Marathon queen from Malaybalay City, Bukidnon won a silver medal in the women's marathon in the ongoing 31st Southeast Asian Games in Hanoi, Vietnam, on May 19.

Christine Hallasgo finished second in the event she ruled in the 2019 SEA Games hosted by the Philippines after she suffered cramps in the last 600 meters of the race.

Despite her failure to snatch the gold and defend her crown, Hallasco is still very happy to win the silver for the Philippines.

In the 2021 Ayala Philippine Athletics Championships sa Athletic Bowl sa Baguio City last December 16, Hallasco took the gold in the 10,000 meter run for women.

Christine Hallasgo took the gold medal in the event participated in by some of the top runners in the Philippines with a time of 38:22.54. (Romeo Braceros Jr.)
