Pres. Marcos 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 β€˜ππšπ π¨π§π  𝐏𝐒π₯𝐒𝐩𝐒𝐧𝐨’ : π‚πžπ₯πžπ›π«πšπ­πž 𝐬𝐞π₯𝐟-π₯𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐧 π•πšπ₯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐒𝐧𝐞'𝐬 πƒπšπ²
As Valentine’s Day draws near, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has a friendly reminder to the Filipino people, to celebrate self-love.

In a short video message on his official Instagram account, President Marcos said a β€œBagong Pilipino” knows how to take care of oneself. 

β€œKaya’t ngayong Buwan ng mga Puso, ipagdiwang natin ang pagmamahal sa ating mga sarili,” President Marcos said while on a treadmill.   

β€œAlagaan natin ang ating mga puso dahil walang ibang mag-aalaga diyan kung hindi ikaw lang, lalo na kung single ka,” he added.   

Valentine’s Day on February 14 is also Ash Wednesday, or the start of the liturgical 40-day season of Lent that requires fasting and abstinence for the Catholic faithful. (PND)
