‎"Kadayawan is more than a celebration. It is an opportunity to experience the vibrant culture, creativity, and community spirit that make Davao and Mindanao truly special," said KD Dizon, Globe Chief Marketing Officer.

‎"At Globe, we want every student, family, artist, creator, and visitor to have more opportunities to discover local stories, create meaningful moments, and share them with the people who matter most. Through our growing 5G network, we are creating platforms where communities can showcase their talents, inspire one another, and go forward together."

‎To help customers make the most of every festival moment, Globe has further enhanced its 5G network across key areas in Davao City, ensuring faster and more reliable connectivity throughout the festivities. Whether capturing colorful street performances, exploring local attractions, or sharing memorable moments with loved ones, customers will enjoy a seamless digital experience wherever the celebration takes them.

‎The festivities kicked off on August 9 with 5G Hypermove, a community fun run that promoted wellness while supporting the programs of Philippine Eagle Foundation.

‎Participants enjoyed Davao coastal landscape at Azuela Cove while raising support for wildlife conservation, proving that every step can make a difference.

‎On August 11, 5G Building Craft: Paint Tomorrow gave senior high school and college students a platform to turn creativity into a vision for the future.

‎Through mural art, participants imagined how Globe 5G and responsible technology can empower more connected, innovative, and sustainable communities across Davao.

‎The celebration continues with 5G EnergyTok, a TikTok dance challenge that transforms iconic Davao landmarks into stages for digital storytelling.

‎‎Through 5G EnergyJam, winning student bands from Davao communities will earn the opportunity to perform at G Music Fest in Kadayawan on August 16 at Ayala Malls Abreeza, sharing the stage with Itchyworms, The Dukes, Drew Delgado, and P-Pop artists AYO, and HARA while showcasing the next generation of local talent.

‎‎From August 14 to 16, festivalgoers can visit the 5G Pitstop at Ayala Malls Abreeza for immersive 5G-powered experiences, interactive activities, partner rewards, and the latest Globe digital services, making it a must-visit destination throughout the festivities.

‎‎Globe also joins Davao in celebrating Kadayawan's signature events, including Konsierto Kadayawan on August 15 and the vibrant Pamulak ug Indak-Indak sa Kadayawan on August 16, where the traditions and artistry of the city's 11 ethnolinguistic communities come to life. Together with G Music Fest in Kadayawan, these highlights showcase the diversity, creativity, and cultural pride that continue to make Kadayawan one of the country's most unique and anticipated festivals.
