Police Regional Office (PRO) 11 in its report identified the suspect as Bryan C. Lacida alias Bryan.
The police said Lacida is a regional level Top 3 High Valued Individual allegedly involved in the illegal drugs trade.
Also arrested was Lacida's cohort, Eledefonso A. Hinggo alias JunJun.
Police probers said the suspects were caught at around 1:10 a.m after a police officer who acted as poseur buyer successfully bought from them one big plastic sachet containing suspected shabu in exchange for P5,000 buy-bust money.
Also seized from the suspects were a total of 51.20 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of P819,200.
The suspects will be facing charges in violation of Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
