After making waves in MPBL, lefty Davaoeno sharpshooter Allyn Bulanadi set to PBA debut for Alaska in 2022 Governor's Cup

DAVAO CITY –After creating a name in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League as a clutch scorer for Basilan Steel, lefty Davaoeno sharpshooter Allyn Bulanadi is set to bring his talent to the Philippine Basketball Association, the oldest professional basketball league in Asia.

It was learned that Bulanadi has officially signed a basketball contract with the Alaska Aces and is set for his PBA debut in the suspended 2022 Governor's Cup.

Earlier, Aces head coach Jeff Cariaso said he is glad that Bulaadi can join them since he can contribute a lot to the team especially in scoring.

"If you were to ask me, I'd love to have him as soon as possible," Cariaso said.

"I think it's time to allow the Gilas draftees to choose where they want to play," Cariaso added.

Bulanadi, who was drafted fourth by the Alaska Aces in the 2019 PBA draft, is a former high school basketball varsity of Assumption School of Davao.

He started to make a name in Metro Manila while playing for the San Sebastian Stags where he is known as a deadly shooter. (Romeo Braceros Jr.)
