The arrested suspect of the operation identified as “Alias Archie”, 43 years old, was apprehended after selling one heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu worth ₱7,000 to a PDEA operative acting as a poseur-buyer.
Also seized during the operation were three heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, with an approximate total weight of three grams and an estimated street value of Php 21,000, along with the marked buy-bust money.
The suspect will be charged for violation of Republic Act No. 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, as amended.
