The operation launched by PDEA agents, police, NBI, and Coast Guard led to the arrest of alias Rabel and alias Jerry.
They were arrested after conspiring with each other in selling a sachet of suspected shabu worth P7,000 to a PDEA undercover agent posing as buyer.
Recovered from their possession were seventeen heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing approximately fifty-five grams, with an estimated value of P374,000, drug paraphernalia, along with the marked buy-bust money.
The arrested individuals will be facing charges for violations of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
