The agents from the Regional Special Enforcement Team/Davao City Office of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 11, in coordination with the Police Precinct 2, arrested subject of the operation, identified as alias Bryan, 21, single, and a resident of the said place was arrested after selling one piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet believed to be shabu, weighing about ten grams worth Ᵽ40,000 to an undercover PDEA Agent.
Also seized during the operation were 500 grams of another suspected shabu worth Ᵽ3,400,000, 96 pieces of suspected methylenedioxymethamphetamine,
or ecstasy tablets valued around Ᵽ163,200, drug paraphernalia, and marked buy-bust money.
Charges for violation of Sections 5, 11, and 12, Article II of R.A. 9165 are now being prepared against alias Bryan.
