The Metrobank Foundation, which serves as the corporate social arm of the Metrobank Group, is known for its traditional honoring of outstanding policemen and soldiers in the country.
Delvo was among other newly promoted police and military Generals, who were given the Special Recognition Award.
The award was given by the foundation to those police and military generals on the basis of their promotion to star-rank which is considered as one of their greatest accomplishments. The promotion also serves as a testament of their dedication, competence, mastery of duty and skills, and leadership capabilities as officers.
Delvo was also awarded by the Metrobank Foundation with the PNP Outstanding Achievement Medal as one of Metrobank's Outstanding Policemen in Service in 2009.
