Princess Dianna Simbajon scored 6.5 points to win the tournament, joined by some of the top chess players in Mindanao.
Simbajon won P3,000 cash prize.
The second place went to Ratz Jaweh Devibar, who won P1,500.
The third place went to Yriel Josh Hernani, who won P1,000.
The tournament was organized by veteran chess arbiters Jojo Palero, Ely Acas, and Alfred Moulic. (Romeo Braceros Jr.)
