Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 11 in its report said the drug den is located at Purok 9, South Bay Road, Barangay Lapu-Lapu.
Police arrested Charlie Magne Manila alias Wowie, 47 years old, married, and a resident of the barangay. He was allegedly the owner of the drug den.
Also arrested during the drug raid were Mars Frederick Yamson, a government employee, Archie Datoon, and Razine Karl Jaso. They were caught in the act of having a shabu session.
Seized during the operation were a total of 13 grams of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia, and buy-bust money.
Agents of PDEA, Davao City Police Office (DCPO), and personnel of National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) launched the raid.
The arrested suspects are now under the custody of PDEA while charges against them are up for filing in violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.
