PRO 11 director Brigadier General Filmore Escobal led the countdown and traditional ceremonial lighting in front of its Headquarters Administration Building during a short program which was attended by members of command and directorial staff and PNP personnel.
“I would like to greet all of you an advance Merry Christmas and congratulate you as well despite the risk, the danger, and the challenges that we had in 2020. The year that has passed is enough for us to give thanks because we survive another year, despite the existence of COVID. And yet here we are still standing and helping.”
Let us all thank God for all these blessings that we have received for the past years, because we survived all those very difficult times,” Escobal said in his message.
