Nathalie Suter, from Philippine Nikkei Jin Kai International and daughter of broadcaster Jhun Suter, won the tournament's top prize after scoring 8.5 points in nine rounds.
Lawrence Guanzon of the University of Mindanao took second place in the tournament.
The third place went to Juan Ryu Bagonoc of Central Mindanao University Science from Maramag, Bukidnon.
All the winners received medals and certificates as prizes.
The Philippine Sports Commission provided the medals.
