Filinvest Land bullish on Kembali Veranda Resort Condos

Developer Filinvest Land sees a very bright future on its Veranda Resort Condos project at Kembali Coast, Samal Island as people, since the pandemic, begin to realize the need to love, treasure and protect the environment, and be one with nature.

The first Balinese-inspired residential and leisure development project of its kind in Mindanao, Veranda Resort Condos, a low- rise condominium development consisting of 10 buildings strategically overlooking the sea, Talicud Island and northern and eastern sides of Mt. Apo.

In an interview at the inauguration and blessing of the Veranda Resort Condos’ Clubhouse on Friday(June 10) at Kembali Coast, Samal,  Filinvest Land Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Vince Abejo said since the pandemic, Filinvest noted the penchant of their customers to ask for spaces in open air greeneries and establish their homes where they can embrace  and feel the wonders of nature.

“The big change since the pandemic is that we noticed customer preference started to ask more space, more greeneries. People have become more conscious so they would like to come here to access open air greeneries,” Abejo said.

Abejo said the pandemic led people to love nature and environment where they can stay away and free from the ails of the pandemic.

“One thing pandemic made us realized is that we need to cherish the environment we need to take care of the environment, we need to love nature be one with nature so part of our campaign in Filinvest is “dreams built dream” so we want to instill in our employees and business partners the need to take care of nature and the need to be part of nature,”Abejo said.

According to Filinvest Land project development officer Ronald Anselmo,  theVeranda Resort Condos cover 1.6 hectares of the 50 hectare- exclusive Kembali Coast property.  Each building stands 3-4 stories tall with 24 to 32 units.

Of the 10 buildings, Building 1 and 2 are already completed and turned over to the buyers. Each building has a swimming pool and is located in front of the newly opened “Sun Kissed” Clubhouse which also has its own swimming pool and gazebo at the lower ground.

Anselmo further announced that works are ongoing for four other buildings. These buildings are: 9- 43 percent complete, 10-21percent, 8- 32 percent and 7- 4 percent.

“The Veranda project is the Prestige brand of Filinvest Land. The word Veranda is coined from the word itself when you are in a bigger balcony overseeing Talikud Island,” Anselmo said.

“The Vision for an island escape has truly come to life with the exclusive resort lifestyle which Kembali  and the Veranda Resort Condos have to offer. True to its namesake, the Veranda’s promise is the bigger Balcony by the Sea, a vertical beachfront home as we believe luxury is best enjoyed when kissed by nature,” Abejo for his part said.

He said Veranda Resort Condos appeal to a wide variety of audiences like people who want to have an active lifestyle and are family oriented.

“Veranda appeals to a wide variety of audiences. I mean, clearly for Dabawyenyos, this is the place to go on a vacation; we want to attract those people who want to have an active lifestyle, people who are family oriented and also for many Filipinos one thing pandemic made us realized is that we need to cherish the environment we need to take care of the environment, we need to love nature and be one with nature,” Abejo said.

Veranda, he said, offers open access to sea, watersports like Kayaking, free diving, sun gazing and privacy.

Very bullish about the future, Abejo said Filinvest will continue to invest and expand its presence across the Philippines.

“Our presence in over 55 provinces and over 280projects nationwide, we are very excited about what the future holds. We continue to acquire land and expand our project nationwide,” Abejo said.

Kembali and Veranda Resort Condos are backed by the expertise of Filinvest Land Inc., in joint partnership with Fernandez-Hermanos, Inc.  It is specifically located at Barangay San Isidro, Kaputian District, Kembali Coast in the Island Garden City of Samal.

One gets to Kembali in just 20 minutes by speedboat from the Davao Boat and Leisure Club or an eight-minute ferry ride after a 40-minute drive from the mainland, Kembali.
